Congratulations Karen!

Independent Karen Caws has been elected as a Councillor on Eastleigh Borough Council. She joins Lou Parker-Jones and Gin Tidridge as the three ward councillors for Bishopstoke.

Karen received 1544 votes, 49.3% of the 3132 votes cast, ahead of the 4 other candidates. Turnout was 37.8%. The full results are on the council’s website.

Karen writes: “A HUGE thank you to everyone in Bishopstoke who voted for me yesterday. What a result and what an honour to serve our beautiful Bishopstoke and the people who live here. I will be a faithful servant for our community.”
